This is to recommend Charles Restivo for a position in your group.  My contact
with him has been mainly in connection with reading the PROLOG Newsletter, which
he edits, and several conversations.

The PROLOG Newsletter is done well in content and form, and I think it represents
a lot of work.  His conversations have shown a good understanding of logic
programming and the related issues.  

While my contact with him has not been great, I believe I can give him an
excellent recommendation, either for work or school.
